2- Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, simply enter your e-mail on the checkout page. This will not create an account for you, it will simply allow us to stay in touch with you for your order.

3- How do I use a voucher code?

If you have a voucher code you can add it at checkout and your discount will be applied before you place your order.
Please note you may not be able to use some voucher codes on sale items.

4- Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

1- Will I have to pay customs and import charges?

International shipments may face customs/import duties depending on the duty and tax laws for the destination country.
Customs, import duties and other handling charges may apply and are payable by the customer. Please check with the laws of the destination country.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged.

2- Does D1RT COUTURE ship to my country?

We are proud to be delivering all over the world, however, there are some countries that are not being covered by our courier partners. You can find on the checkout page itself.

3- How much does delivery cost?

After adding your products, head to the shopping cart and scroll down the page to "Estimate Shipping".
Add the Country, Province and ZIP Code. Shipping Estimate will appear.

4- What do I need to receive my parcel?

Please keep a document that has your name and your ID on it with you at the time of delivery for a faster and seamless delivery experience.

5- Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?

7- Where do I find my Airway Bill (AWB) number?

You can see your Airway Bill (AWB) number by easily going to your order details through My Account. Please keep in mind that the AWB will be available only after your order is dispatched.

1- How do I care for D1RT COUTURE fabrics?

- Handwash with Care: For our products, we suggest hand washing in cold water with mild detergent. Gently squeeze excess water and lay flat to dry.

- Professional Dry Cleaning: For items adorned with feathers, we highly recommend having they professionally dry cleaned. This will help maintain their quality and ensure longevity.

With proper care, your D1RT Couture piece will continue to exude style and elegance for years to come.

2- Are you ethically and socially conscious?

Yes. D1RT COUTURE is committed to providing fair living wages and working hours to all its employees and workers. We also ensure that we create safe conditions, allow unionisation and use protective equipment. All workers are at the legal age to work and are working at their own free will.

3- Where do your fabrics come from?

D1RT COUTURE fabrics are carefully sourced around the world. We aim to go as sustainable as possible; hence, our Sport Couture Collection is FULLY recycled.

1- How do I log in to my account?

When you open the website, you'll find the My Account icon on the top right corner. Enter your username and password then click on Log In.

2- I forgot my password. What do I do?

To create a new password, click on “Forgot your password?” link on the log-in page, enter your e-mail then press Submit. We will send you an e-mail with instructions to update your password.

3- How do I find an order I placed?

Visit "My Account" and you will be able to see a list of your previous orders.
